Hey! My name is Lucy, I am 22 years old and I live in Ocean Grove.

I grew up in Melbourne and moved to Ocean Grove with my Mum when I was 14.

In my first year out of high school I studied a Certificate IV in Disability Support as well as a Certificate IV in Education Support. Once I completed my studies I took an opportunity to move to Darwin and worked as an education support worker in a primary school for 18 months.

I have been working as a disability support worker for two years now and absolutely love seeing the positive impact my support can have on my participants to achieve their goals.

I lived in Darwin for three years and have just returned home to continue my love of supporting people with disabilities with Marco Polo.

I am mostly experienced working with people with ASD, ADHD, Intellectual Disability, non-verbal, Cerebral Palsy and speech delay. 

In my spare time I love going to the beach, op shopping, travelling and searching for the best iced chai latte’s in town! I also enjoy keeping active and being around family and friends. 

A fun fact about me is when I was younger I travelled to India for a month with my parents and older cousin. We went on multiple safaris looking for wild tigers as well as many other wild experiences!
