Olivia
My name is Liv.
For the last 4 years I have been studying a double degree in Health Sciences and a Masters of Speech and Language Therapy. I have been working as an Allied Health Assistant in a children’s clinic for the past year. Prior to this I have nannied for families with children of all different abilities.
I am passionate about working in the disability sector as I believe everyone has the right to be heard and the right to express themselves. I am driven to create a positive impact in the lives of individuals living with a disability. It is a rewarding opportunity to create meaningful connections, promote independence and enable individuals to express themselves to thrive and reach their full potential.
In my spare time I enjoy cooking, catching up with friends and gardening. I have always been active and believe sport is a great way to foster a sense of belonging and self-confidence.
A fun fact about me is that I have been snow skiing nearly every year since I was 9.
